Who we are

This website is run by ODH Ventures LLC, doing business as My Practice Analyst. Questions about this policy go to the contact email at the bottom of this page.

What we collect when you send an inquiry

The answers you type into the form:

• Your name, your practice name and your email address.
• Your phone number, if you give one.
• How many locations you have and which practice management software you use.
• Whether you use Dental Intelligence, and your written answers about your current reporting, if you give them.

What the site records alongside it

When the inquiry was sent, the kind of browser it was sent from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by.

A scrambled fingerprint of your IP address, made with a one-way calculation and a secret value. The IP address itself is never stored.

What we don't collect

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page doesn't contact a font provider.

We don't want patient information. Please don't include any in the form.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and keep a record of the conversation. The scrambled IP fingerprint is kept only to help spot spam.

We don't sell your information, rent it out, or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use three providers to run this site:

• Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes request details such as IP addresses to deliver pages.
• Neon stores submitted inquiries in a database in the United States.
• Resend delivers a notification email to us containing your answers.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as it is useful for the conversation and our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email us to find out what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

If we work together

If your practice becomes a client, the information you share for reporting is covered by the written agreement we sign, not by this page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
