How the data is handled
- Totals only, by practice, location and dentist. No patient records leave your practice.
- Financial data is denied by default to every role. Access is granted per person, per practice.
- Documents are held in private storage and served through links that expire.
- Every administrative action is written to an append-only audit log.
- Files that look patient-level are refused on upload, in any format.
We are not making a HIPAA compliance claim. The system is built so that patient-identifying information never enters it.
